The companies usually overcharge, have caregivers that are unreliable, and not skilled enough to take care of the loved ones. So those are a few issues. The other is that the management of these companies are flaky and greedy. NOT WITH MARILOU FROST. Marilou is a true professional and an extremely passionate person. No one is like her.
